What type of services do we provide?

We provide a variety of health, wellbeing and lifestyle services. Simply enter your location and follow the simple steps to find a suitable professional service provider. 

Are the service providers vetted?

Yes all service providers on the Zenstars platform are fully vetted before they can be an active member on the platform. We have a strict interview process, qualifications and insurance documentation are also checked when applicable. 

How do I book a service?

Booking a service is simple. The quickest way to book is via our Mobile App, download from Apple istore or Google Play. Follow the simple steps and find service provides or establishments local to you. Engage & Book directly with  venues or service providers, cutting out the middle man provides you with the best prices. 

What if my service provider is running late?

If there are any unforeseen travel delays your service provider will keep you updated. Confirming you are ok with a later start entitles you to pay the full cost, there will be no refunds or discounts. If you are not available for a later start, the booking will be cancelled, and if you have paid in advance you will receive a full refund. Login to your account or use the app for real time tracking.

What if I am running late?

We understand that this can happen so try not to worry. You can contact your therapist via our App or our website, simply select ‘My Booking’ and ‘Send a message.’ However, per our company terms you will be charged the full booking rate and your service provider will remain for your allocated time. Per our cancellation terms, you will be charged if you cancel 90 minutes before the booking. That being said, if you’re running slightly late, you can always talk with your service provider to see if they can accommodate. 

What time will my therapist arrive?

Our mission is to provide you with professional services at your convenience. Your service provider will do their best to arrive promptly, and in accordance with your booked time. Use our app for real time tracking which uses active gps ready technology to track how far your service provider is. (Please Bear in mind that the tracking system works on estimated time of arrival) this can change if there are any travel delays, your therapist will keep you updated.

Why can’t I track my service provider?

Tracking works via GPS. If your provider is using underground services or does not have available network, the tracking system may show an inaccurate location, or tracking error. Please note for security purposes you will only be able to track your service provider 1h prior to your appointment time, the tracking function will be disabled once your booking is completed.
